Clinician-Guided Peptide Therapy
Individualized evaluation before any peptide treatment is recommended or prescribed.
Our Approach to Peptide Therapy
Peptides are short chains of amino acids involved in many biological processes. Peptide-based medications differ considerably in their FDA approval status, approved uses, available human evidence, and compounding status.
At Endure Health DPC, peptide therapy begins with an individualized medical evaluation. We review your symptoms, health history, medications, treatment goals, available evidence, potential risks, treatment alternatives, and appropriate monitoring before recommending any treatment.
Listing a therapy on this website does not guarantee that it will be prescribed. Medication selection and availability depend on medical appropriateness, informed consent, current regulatory requirements, and pharmacy availability.
Available Peptide Options
Sermorelin
Compounded sermorelin may be considered for appropriately selected patients after a medical evaluation. Compounded sermorelin is not FDA-approved for adult anti-aging, longevity, general recovery, muscle development, or body-composition improvement. Potential benefits, risks, evidence limitations, and monitoring requirements are reviewed before treatment.
Tesamorelin
An FDA-approved tesamorelin product has a specific indication involving excess abdominal fat in adults with HIV-associated lipodystrophy. It is not FDA-approved for general weight loss, anti-aging, or longevity. Any use outside its approved labeling is off-label and requires individualized clinical review.
GHK-Cu Injectable Therapy
GHK-Cu is a copper-binding peptide available through selected compounding pharmacies. Patients may seek GHK-Cu therapy for concerns involving skin quality, healthy aging, or general wellness. At Endure Health DPC, compounded injectable GHK-Cu may be considered for appropriately selected patients after an individualized medical evaluation. Compounded injectable GHK-Cu is not FDA-approved for skin rejuvenation, tissue repair, fatigue, anti-aging, or other wellness uses. Human safety and effectiveness data for injectable GHK-Cu remain limited, and individual results vary. Potential risks, limitations of the available evidence, treatment alternatives, dosing, monitoring, and pharmacy source are reviewed before prescribing.
Additional treatment options may be added following pharmacy and regulatory review.
Important Information About Peptide Therapy
Not all peptide-based treatments are FDA-approved. Some FDA-approved peptide medications have specific indications, and use for another condition may be off-label. Other peptide preparations are compounded medications and are not FDA-approved.
FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. Human evidence for some compounded peptide therapies remains limited, and some risks may be unknown.
A consultation does not guarantee that a peptide medication will be prescribed. Potential benefits, known and unknown risks, treatment alternatives, evidence limitations, monitoring, cost, and pharmacy source are reviewed before treatment.
Schedule a Peptide Therapy Consultation
Discuss your health history, concerns, and goals and learn whether further clinical evaluation is appropriate. Scheduling a consultation does not guarantee a prescription.
